A structured 3-phase process designed to follow how the body actually recovers from stress.
Phase 1
Nervous System Reset
Your body cannot recover if it stays in “survival mode.”
In this phase, we focus on shifting your system from constant activation to physiological safety and calm.
You will practice:

Deep, slow stretching targeting stress areas (hips, spine, psoas)

Strength Rebuilding
